spring has sprung

my computer is virus free and running like new! i must admit it was hard to be away from the internets for 24 hours. and i definitely missed not having friday knitting, but i don't have any finished projects to share, so stay tuned for next week's edition of friday knitting.


i am happy to say that spring has sprung in our little corner of the world. here are some bits of spring for your viewing pleasure.

    Glad you are back...we missed hearing from you. It's spring in Michigan too. Perhaps the flowers are more beautiful because we suffered such a long cold winter.
    Loss and grief are like that too, Lucinda. After the long cold suffering, spring will come again. And while it's no comfort now, you will forever have a compassionate heart toward others who grieve, and will never say the hurtful things people say who don't know any better.
